When is the Thanksgiving catering order-by deadline?
Order by Monday, November 23 at 2pm. Delivery window is Wednesday, November 25. Pickup is Thursday, November 26 at our Costa Mesa kitchen. Larger custom menus still need 72 hours — do not wait until the Monday deadline if you need a fully custom spread.
Is this heat-and-serve, or do I cook it?
Trays are packed for pickup or drop-off so hosts are not cooking all day. Reheat at home as needed for your table — we are a drop-and-go caterer, not a hotel buffet. Ask for serving notes when you order if you want extra guidance for your specific trays.
Do you deliver Thanksgiving catering in Orange County?
Yes. Delivery Wednesday, November 25 across our Orange County radius (Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Irvine, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Huntington Beach). Pickup Thursday, November 26 in Costa Mesa with no delivery fee. Delivery charges start at $35 and are based on distance.
Can you do an office Thanksgiving lunch?
That is the Office 20+ frame — slider, wrap, and kabob trays dropped at the office so the person who booked lunch looks like a genius. Same-day is possible for up to 20 guests when we have capacity; lock Thanksgiving by the Monday 2pm deadline.
Are the trays seed oil free?
Yes. Deli Nerds is a Seed Oil Free Kitchen — olive oil and avocado oil only. Proteins are grass-fed, pasture-raised, or wild-caught.
